| Red Mountain Ranch is located in the Madison Valley of Southwest Montana. The quaint, western town of Ennis, 15 miles to the north, offers many services along with restaurants, fishing shops, art galleries, unique gift stores, a hospital, and golf course. A county airport is 11 miles away. Bozeman, located 70 miles to the northeast, provides all other necessities including a commercial airport, the Museum of the Rockies, Montana State University, and extensive medical facilities. The Madison River, widely known as a blue ribbon trout stream, runs through the center of the Madison Valley. The nearby Big Hole, Gallatin, Jefferson, and Beaverhead Rivers and numerous valley and mountain lakes provide more fishing opportunities. |

| Yellowstone National Park is a one hour drive from the ranch and Big Sky Ski Area and Resort are two hours away. The historic mining towns of Virginia City and Nevada City are nearby. The visual aesthetics from Red Mountain Ranch is dominated by 10,876 foot Sphinx Mountain, historically known as Red Mountain. It is located in the Lee Metcalf Wilderness Area of the Madison Range. With trailheads minutes from the ranch, this area of the Beaverhead/Deerlodge National Forest offers hundreds of miles of hiking, cross-country skiing, and horseback riding, along with hunting, fishing, and wildlife viewing opportunities. Elk and deer spend the winter months on the Bear Creek Wildlife Management Area one mile to the east of the ranch. |
